Pat McCrory&#8217;s transportation overhaul.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The House Appropriations Committee adopted a new version of the bill Tuesday that removed the Cape Fear Skyway, the Garden Parkway and the Mid-Currituck Bridge from the plan.
